HYDRANT
Finalist for TUFF '09 film festival. Voted top 10 by viewers.
"HYDRANT" serves to convey a secret snapshot into the forgotten life of a city Fire Hydrant. Part essential utility and essentially part sculpture. Ironically, a common city Fire Hydrant spends its entire existence merely on standby. Often overlooked, almost forgotten, yet forever vigilant, an average Fire Hydrant will luckily, probably never live to fulfill its design function but rather function more as a piece of unintentional sculpture.
