At the annual IUOW Film Competition on September 23 at the Getty Center in LA, Keith Cantrell (below) was announced the winner of the Audience Award for his film “The Water Saving Song” and got a $3,000 check for his troubles. 2009 Jury Award Winner for “Small Changes” were filmmakers: Jennifer & Christopher Gandin Le who took home $6,000.
