o In the US, iThentic’s video content is distributed to all the major carriers through Cellfish, a leading mobile entertainment company in Europe and North America. Cellfish reaches a potential 350 million cellular customers through its carriage arrangements.

o We are also currently providing a continuous flow of content to the Joost platform and are encouraged by the advertising relationships that IPTV (Interactive Television) partners such as JOOST are able to cooperate with (http://www.joost.com).

o iThentic has branded channel and presence on Youtube and makes a revenue share of advertising from Youtube’s partners.
